This area contains cremation tablet
plots many of which are regularly tended by relatives. The grass
around the plots is cut by staff and volunteers when required. There is a small derelict brick
building which will be removed. October 2006: Some necessary tree clearance commenced adjacent to the derelict building - see picture below:
November 2006: Tree removal from grave plots along Ceremonial Way, the stumps are treated to prevent re-growth. April 2008: 'Friends' start clearing the area behind the East Lodge.
